African landscapes

  We would have loved to take a trip to Kenya but it wasn't part of our field trip budget. The stories we have read about Wangari Maathai inspired us to find out more about Kenya.  We also wanted to try drawing animals that live in Africa. We started with our drawings of a giraffe, lion, and elephant and then pasted them on a scene that included a Mugumo Tree.
